Outlook 2003 Calendar Day - Start and End Time

I have a user who has specified her start timee as 9.00am and her End Time
for 17.00 in the calendar view. When applied it does change the colour of the
time frame but stays with 5.00am at the top of the screen. If the user exits
out of outlook and then back in it still reverts back to showing from 5.00am.

Any ideas ?.

P.S. - It has SP2 applied

Try 09:00 if she wants to use military time.
