Outlook 2003 calendar form error

I'm getting the following error message when trying to add a new appointment
to my calendar or open an appointment emailed to me. "The form required to
view this page cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator" It was
working, but something has changed and I'm not sure what.

Clear the forms cache.
