Outlook 2003 calendar invitation get messed up

This is not development issue. I upgraded to office 2003. Everything else
is fine with outlook 2003 except I use calendar to set invitation. When
People, using ourlook 2000, received my invitation, message is entirely mess
up. I went to tools/options/mail format tab, click International options
button and tried couple of encode selections, e.g., Western Europe ISO,
Western Europe Windows, US ASCII, and still could not make it work. It works
fine if recipient are using outlook 2003. Are there any setting I need in
order for people using ourlook 2000 to receive correct format of invitation?
