Outlook 2003 Calendar Missing All Appointments

Hello,
One of our users is unable to see any appointments in his Outlook. He was
receiving a "Could not read calendar" error message. I tried opening up his
mailbox in my Outlook and the calendar was still empty.

Also, he attempted to create a meeting. The meeting did not show up on his
Calendar but it did show up on his Blackberry. I then logged into his mailbox
through OWA and everything is showing on his calendar in OWA.

In Outllook we tried changing views and can not get the appointments to show.

Any help would be appreciated.
