Outlook 2003, Calendar pain shows Weekends Sat/Sun same square

I would like to show Calendar with Sat and Sun now to show the same square.
I would like Sunday to be on the left and Saturday on the right, like how it
is printed. There used to be an option in Outlook 2000, but I cannot find it
in 2003. Any ideas?

right click on the calendar grid and choose other settings. change the
setting for compress weekends.
