Outlook 2003 Calendar Problem

Hello..

I am a new in Outlook 2003....I got a problem when I am trying to use
Outlook 2003 Calendar Scheduling Meeting...The Outlook 2003 Calendar
Meeting scheduling can't retrive user's Information. It shows "No
free/busy information can be retrived."

can someone help me.......thank you.
