I'm currently running Outlook 2003 on an Exchange server. I'd like for other
people to view my Calendar, including the details of an appointment.
When I go to Properties | Permissions for my main Calendar on the Exchange
server, it says that the default access is "Reviewer". With this permission
level everyone should be able to see my Calendar and read the items.
When coworkers (w/Outlook 2000) look at my Calendar they can see all of my
appointments, but they cannot "double-click" on one to view the details. I
want them to be able to do this, with the exception of the appointments that
I have marked as private. A lot of the time there are details in the body of
the appointment that they need to see.
Is there anyway to set it up so they can open and look at these appointments?
Thanks in advance. -- Joe
