Outlook 2003 Calendar Sync with Blackberry

I am using Outlook Connector now (hate it), and cannot now sync my outlook
2003 calendar with my blackberry. any suggestions. I'm stumped.

The blackberry software can't sync with hotmail accounts. You need to use a
local pst - you can access your hotmail account using pop3 and sync with the
local calendar. You won't have the hotmail calendar in outlook.
