Outlook 2003 Calendar Time Differences

Hi, I have a user who receives calander requests from other users to arrange appointments, meeting rooms etc. What is happening is that when she receives a request it is 1 hour earlier than it should be, say the meeting was scheduled for 4-4:30pm well the request would arrive saying that the meeting is scheduled for 3 -3:30pm. The clock is correct on both the computers. This is not from just one person either, it is from all other users
Any ideas anyone???

What an idiot I was, I went back to the machine and found the problem, the machine was not set for automatically update for daylight savings
