Does anyone know how to make the calendars show a 7 day
work block instead of 5 work days with Saturday and
Sunday sharing one block?

Go to Options->Calendar Options and put check marks in
the boxes for Saturday and Sunday. Then, when you view
your work week, it should show saturday and sunday too.
