outlook 2003 calendar

All my old calendar items have disappeared!
A few random recurring items remain and entries from the past month or two
but some of those are ones that I had deleted or changed the dates on.
i tried a system restore but it didn't help.
Please HELP.

Sounds like AutoArchiving kicked in and moved the items to an archive PST
file. Have you tried opening it using the File menu > Open > Outlook Data
File command then drag/dropping the items you want from one Calendar folder
to the other?

I did try that and there were 3 data files. Outlook: also only had a few
(different) recurring entries. Outlook1: nothing opened. Outlook2: totally
blank.

If you right click on your Calendar folder and choose Properties, what shows
up on the AutoArchive tab? Maybe the properties are set to delete the older
items.
