I also have a user whereby he was not able to open existing appointments in
Outlook 2003 - we are using Exchange 2003 as well. After a reboot he was
then able to open the appointments, however, we need to know a fix as this
has happened twice in the past 2 weeks. His OS is Windows XP so if anyone
knows of a "permanent" fix, it would be appreciated.
