Hi,
My problem occurs when I right click on a contact in an email header,
then select call, call work.
Outlook responds with the below error:
"The call cannot be completed. Your instant messaging application may
not be configured properly or your corporate policy many not allow you
to make calls."
I can make auto dial calls from contacts, my modem dials and I connect
just fine using a cordless phone.
Why is the email header right click call contact trying to use an
instant messaging application instead of the same windows dialer that
contacts uses? Is there a way to change this?
Thanks in advance for any help,
Mike
