Outlook 2003 - can not apply Rules

Once applying rules I get the following error below. Has any one ran into
this and know how to fix it. I ran all of microsoft recommendations. There
are no rules present. The error is as follows:

"One or more rules could not be uploaded to Exchange server and have been
deactivated. This could be because some of the parameters are not supported
or there is insufficient space to stone all of your rules"

have you checked the space allowed for you on the server? (just to be on the
safe side) check the allowable disk space on the exchange server, you might
be at your limit.
