We have Outlook 2003 English version installed on English XP clients.
Because we need to open both Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese
attachemt on daily work, the regional setting on XP is set to English
default, Traditional Chinsese for non-unicode programs.
However, we can open Traditional Chinese attachment but failed on Simplified
Chinese attachlment. Even i save and rename it to English file name, the file
size will become zero byte, still failed to open.
Any idea how can i change setting to make both Simplified and Traditional
Chinese attachment can be open? Many thanks.
