B

Baha

With Outlook 2003 I am getting an error message saying

"Cannot start Microsoft outlook. Unable to open the outlook window. The set
of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact your
administrator."

I tried the detect and repair but NO LUCK. What can I do?

Thanks

You might start by saying whether this is a new problem with a previously
functioning OL2003 or whether you are trying to set up OL2003

First, try running scanpst.exe against the .pst file. By the way, how big
is that file?

If that does not work, then try a new mail profile.
