I loaded a new office 2003 to laptop with Vista/downgradedXP OS.
When I configure Outlook2003, an error message appeared saying " unable to
open defalt e-mail folder" and asking go to control panel to create a new
e-mail account. Then go to control panel and select "mail" and when creating
a new data file, another error message appeared saying "there was an error
locating the items needed to complete this operation. it might have been
deleted" and stop there, unable to configure the Outlook and start it up.
I loaded the Office 2003 several times and the same result.
Previous version is Outlook 2000. I used PC Mover to transfer files.
Any help,please.
