Outlook 2003 cannot connect to internet/network

My Outlook 2003 session has been working fine until about 13.30 BST today,
both sending and receiving emails through my Mailtraq mailserver. After that
time, I had cause to send no less than eight abuse complaints concerning the
same IP address in Latin America, and NOT one of the mails could be sent. Now
I cannot send anything to anyone.

What can have happened? How do I recover from this problem?

I have only just completed re-installing all of the software on this
computer, and do NOT want to have to do this all over again.

Answering my own post is a bit daft, I know. However, I have discovered what
happened. Somehow, the Windows firewall switched itself on (I actually rely
on Zone-Alarm because it protects both inbound and outbound transmissions).

All is now well with Outlook2003.
