hi,
I am trying to set up an automatic Out of Office reply for a friend, and
whilst I can create .oft file by saving an email as.oft, I am unable to open
the same file again.
If I double click the file, Outlook opens a new email and puts this file in
as an attachment.
Now this file opens perfectly fine on my Pc using my version of Outlook 2003.
I checked the Windows File Types, and .OFT is listed on my PC as an Outlook
Item Template, but on the problem PC it shows as OFT file, it's like Outlook
on the problem PC doesn't know that .OFT is one of it's own file types.
Is there a way to get Outlook to open the .oft files properly?
Or is it a reinstall I need to do?
