Outlook 2003 Can't create the item

Hi everyone

When clicking an email address link on a web page Outlook 2003 errors and
says "Can't create the item"

Ive found references to other versions of Outlook having the same problem,
but these dont seem to apply to Outlook 2003.

All help much appreciated.

Problem Solved

Deleted the file C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\FORMS\FRMCACHE.DAT

All works fine now.
