I previously had Outlook 2002, and it worked just fine w/ my roadrunner email
account. Then I installed 2003 on a different computer, but w/ the same email
account. It still worked seamlessly. Now I have 2003 on my primary computer
and, although I can send emails from it, I am not able to receive ANY emails
in Outlook. I have created, deleted, and recreated the account, being very
careful to type the info correctly. Also, I do not get any error messages
whatsoever. I can send a test email just fine, but it never shows up in my
Outlook inbox, only my online roadrunner inbox which is much more awful to
access, considering the previous convenience of Outlook. Does anyone have any
idea as to why Outlook 2003 will not receive my new mail, and if so, is there
any way I can fix this? Thank you for your time.
