Hi All,
Here at my work they just installed Outlook 2003 on all our comps. Now
I am a experienced Outlook user but they are not, moving from Lotus.
However one question posed to me that I cant answer is happening when
saving draft emails.
Usually with an open email you can just click "Save" and it will save
it to the Drafts folder. However when we click "Save" here it takes us
to a "Save As..." window and you have to save it as a file on the PC
and it doesnt stick in drafts folder at all. Same when closing the
window without sending it asks you to save it, then brings up the "Save
As..." box.
I cant seem to work out why this is happening. Could anyone explain how
to fix this or why it is happening.
Thanks in advance,
Jamie
