Outlook 2003 can't send or receive.

I'm running outlook 2003, I have setup the email account correctly and
can send test messages successfully.

The problem is when I try to send and receive real mail, I get an
error message :

Error: 0X8004010f The Operation Failed. An Object can't be found.

I've reinstalld Office 2003 and it didn't help. All other Office Apps
work fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
