Outlook 2003 - Can't Send/Receive Email - Error: 0x8004010F

My Outlook suddenly won't send or receive emails - its reporting Error:
(0x8004010F) "The operation failed. An object could not be found."

I've double-checked my account & email settings and everything is set up
correctly.
I ran the Test for accout settings and every item checks off and I receive
the test email on my Blackberry, which shows that Outlook recognizes my
server and sends the email, but I can't send/receive emails manually - Very
Weird!

Can anyone help with this?
