Outlook 2003 CE inbox transfer

Hi,

Outlook 2003 cannot transfer inbox data to my iPAQ. Even
when selecting 'CE inbox transfer' from the tools menu is
returns a message that the version is not compatible.

I am using ActiveSync 3.7.1 (build 3244 - latest version).

Is there any way to resolve this??
