Outlook 2003 - Changing Delegate permissions

K

Kenneth Allan

We use Exchange through Small Business Server 2003. I have two Field based
Sales Reps who access Outlook solely via Outlook Web Access.

At some point (when they had access to the full Outllok Application) these
two Reps gave another person in our organisation delegate permission to
access their data.

Any invites to meetings, meant for these Reps also goes to this other
person, how can I stop this when neither of these two reps have access to the
full Outlook app. There appears no way to relinquish these permissions
through Outllok Web Access.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks, but I'm not sure that you read my post? The two reps have Outlook Web
Access only, no Outlook application?

Sorry about that, can't be done via OWA. Requires the Outlook client.

Can you tell me how I can log onto their exchange mailbox from my pc, make
the necessary changes to the reps delegate permissions then revert back to my
mailbox?

Go to mail applet in control panel and select show profiles. Define a mail
profile to their mailbox. Start Outlook under that profile and configure to
taste.
