I have a user using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP, the system is using Exchange
2003 but the email is being download to a PST File. He complained this
morning that email was disappearing from his system. I took a look and did a
search and found the email and that the email was being catogorized on the
sent field in the inbox not the received. The Sent Field had a date of NONE
and was placing this email on the bottom. I switched the fields from sent to
received he created a forward rule right after that, and when we looked the
sent field was back the received field was gone. Any ideas as to why this
changed like this with out us changing it?
