[Outlook 2003] Changing the way it opens Newsgroups

Hi,

Is there a way to say Outlook, when I click on "News" menu, to open Outlook
Express with the /news command, so I go straight in the newsgroup folder ?
It works with Outlook Express, but the "News" button's behaviour is not like
this, it does not put itself in the newsgroup folder, it puts itself on
Outlook Express folder.
