[Outlook 2003] Choose a theme or stationary

Hi,

Is there a way to change a theme or stationary while we are composing a
mail? I have found a way to do this only for new mails, not for current
one. Or yes, we can choose a theme while composing a new mail, but not a
stationary.

Sorry I didn't find my previous message but... I didn't receive an answer
last week, I remember...

No answer... Or... answers, but no result... No way to do what I want.
Only thing we can change while composing is theme, and we cannot add new
themes...
