outlook 2003 com add-in command bar event problem

hi NG

i've got 2 installations:
1. office2003, framework 1.1, VS.Net
2. office 2003, framework 1.1

i tried to install my VB.Net com add-in. it worked on both installations so
a new command bar with 2 buttons is created,
but the commandbar button event only fired at the first installation - the
one with VS.Net

so i tried the microeye VB.Net com add-in sample --> the same result. the
click-event only fired in the VS.Net installation!
i guess it's a assembly problem but until now i didn't get the problem
solved.

any ideas? i hope so! :)
