Outlook 2003 Comcast issue - Maillennium POP3/PROXY server

I have Outlook 2003 trying to connect to Comcast mail.

Outbound mail works fine.

Inbound mail gives me the error 0x800ccc0f.

I have tried all of the Technet tips, including reinstalling Outlook 2003,
removing suspect messages, removing Symantec (my antivirus solution),
checking MTU size and port block issues, and all of the other tips and tricks
in KB 813514.

No luck.

This looks like an Outlook/Microsoft problem and not a Comcast issue as some
other incidents have suggested. Please help. Unfortunately, Comcast does
not support any products other then their own web mail, but this error log
does not indicate an error on their end anyway.
