Outlook 2003 compatability with Front Page 4.0

Our Marketing department uses Front Page 4.0 to develop technical newsflashes
that go out to our customers via e-mail. Our Marketing employee here gets
the newsflash that was developed in Front Page 4.0 and was able to send it
fine through Outlook 2000. I have since upgraded him to Outlook 2003 and now
the e-mail is truncated everytime he sends out a newsflash that is created in
Front Page 4.0. Is there an incompatability with Outlook 2003 and Front Page
4.0 that causes this?
