Outlook 2003 Connector Is NOT in Sync with Windows Live.

I have issues where my Outlook Connector is producing a Synchronization
error. My Windows Live Contacts and e-mail are fine [i think] but the
calendar is not in sync. The outlook Server Status shows a - Calendar: Error.
It has been this way for months. I have uninstalled Outlook Connector and
reinstalled it. I have conntacted Microsoft and they said to contact Hotmail/
Windows Live. How do I fine to right group to help me with this issue. I see
from the BB I am not alone.

-- I'm having the same problem...only not just with Calendar. I tried doing
an OST Integrity Check and it says "Office Synchronization is not supported
for your mailbox." But, it was just fine up until about a month ago. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been having the same issue with my calendar for about the same length
of time. I have reinstalled outlook connector about 10 times & searched for
an answer everywhere I can think of. I cannot figure out what else to do.
As it is now, my phone calendar is not updating because it can't sync. Ideas
anyone?

I have been having the same problem. Have you created any yearly
appointments in Outlook? When I create a yearly appointment in Outlook, the
Server Status for the Calendar goes into "Error" on the next sync. If I
delete that appointment, all is well again. Also, if I change the
appointment from yearly to daily or weekly, it also syncs fine and the error
goes away.

Creating the yearly appointment on the live.com side also syncs fine with
Outlook. One thing though, the "Recurrence" in some of the calendar views in
Outlook show those yearly appointments as having a recurrence of "none".
They also don't show up under "Annual Appointments" when created from
live.com and transfered over to Outlook.

I tried a number of different things (i.e. recreated Outlook Profile,
uninstalled, re-installed Outlook Connector, removed and re-added the
account) none of which worked. I had an msn.com ID and event tried creating
a live.com ID to see if it made a difference, and it didn't.

My suggestion; look for appointments with a "Yearly" recurrence that you
created in Outlook, delete them, and see if the error goes away on syncing.
Then re-create the appointment from the web side. I am interested to know if
this works for you so post back. I've not found any postings anywhere that
talk about this so I don't know if this problem/work-around is unique to my
situation.
