Outlook 2003 contact notes language

Hi..

The language in my office is set to Norwegian.
The language in the contact notes area is english because it always changes
the small "i" to captials "I".
I cannot find out where I can change this back to Norwegian....

This behavior surfaced after uninstalling MS Office 2007 Beta

Is there a fix to this?
The "i" is a very inportant letter, meaning "in" in English.

Is the following option also set to Norwegian?
Start-> All Programs-> Microsoft Office-> Microsoft Office Tools-> Microsoft
Office Language Settings 2007
