Outlook 2003 Contact Vs. Email

The boss at work asked me a question I hadn't thought of yet, kind of
perplexed me, hoping someone here can help me really quick.... In
Outlook when he types the person in the Send-To box, he wants it to
pick up for example: when he types Sa he wants to see Sandy Peterson,
not (e-mail address removed). The thing is that he has a LOT of contacts, and
doesn't know their email addresses, (e-mail address removed).... oh is that
Sandy Peterson or Sandy Padranko? There has to be a way to change
this, any help is appreciated. Need this as soon as possible.

When typing in the To: field you are invoking the autocompletion cache which
contains addresses to which you've previously sent messages, not Contacts in
your Contacts Folder. These will often be unrecognizable.
He should use the Outlook Address Book instead. Click on the To: button,
THEN type the name in the "Select From List" box to find his recipient.
