Outlook 2003 Contacts Header missing

Hello,

I just installed Office 2003. When I went to the Contacts tab, the header
text where the "File As" text should be wasn't there. When I opened the
contact, the File As field was filled in. My current view is : Address
Cards. Any help with this would be appreciated.

By "the Contacts tab," do you mean the Contacts navigation pane? Did you check the view settings in View | Arrange By | Current View | Customize Current View | Fields to see what fields are present in the view?
