Outlook 2003 Continual shutdown problem

I use multiple computers running Outlook 2003. As I reply to a message or go
to view a new message after sending a message to a contact, Outlook claims to
have a serious error and needs to shutdown. This happens 20 to 30 times
during an 8 hour work day. I have run detect and repair and it does not show
there is a problem or that one was fix. I have also read the error sent to
Microsoft and it does not supply any information to what or where the error
occurs.

I appreciate any insite on how to fix this issue.

I have a similar problem that occurs only when I shutdown Outlook 2003. After
I shut it down, I get the "Outlook has encountred an error..." and it wants
to send an error report to Microsoft. I can't seem to find anything
conclusive about this anywhere.
