outlook 2003 continually crashing since using new pst format

Outlook 2003 has continually crashed for me on both my machines since I
installed it. Would it be anything to do with the use of the new format for
pst files?

Highly unlikely. Have you run Help>Detect and Repair? Describe what you've
done so far to try to diagnose the problem.
