Obviously you've got a virus scanner installed from Declude;
http://www.declude.com/

Contact them is you have issues with their product or if you believe that
the caught message is a false positive so that they can modify their
anti-virus definitions accordingly.

Ask your ISP if they are using Declude. If not, ask the sender (you?)
at the sending domain if they are using Declude. Doesn't look to be an
end-user product but something used up on the server host.
