Hi. We're using outlook 2003 sp 1 on a windows 2003 server running Citrix
Presentation 4. We have been moving users pst files from local stations up
to the Exchange server since we also upgraded to Exchange 2003. When trying
to import the PSTs, Outlook will 'generate an error and need to be closed.'
The only way to get back into Outlook without generating this error again is
to delete the email profile and recreate it.
Even viewer traps the defaulting dll as mspst32.dll.
I have tried importing different psts (thinking one was corrupt or
something) and tried different users, including administrator, (to rule out
permissions). It happens to any user when trying to import any PST.
It does not happen on the LAN.
Has anyone encountered this before?
