Outlook 2003 Crashes during start up

Hi

Please HELP ....

I just installed Office 2003 on my DELL Laptop that runs Windows XP-SP1. I installed it on a fresh XP with no previous version of Office, beside my old Outlook-XP .pst file

Last week, Outlook 2003 displays the notorious window that tells the world it encounters a problem and need to restart and apologize for the inconveniences, and ask me whether I need to send the error or not. I answer NO and it restarts the outlook. In the beginning it successfully bring me back to my outlook. But, last Thursday (1/8/2004), it keeps displaying the notorious ERROR window over and over again, and I cannot open my outlook. Thus, I did the followings from Control Panel, ADD and REMOVE Program for Office 2003:
Detect Office 2003 Error and Reinstall (FAILED), then
Repair and Reinstall Office 2003 (FAILED) and
lastly REMOVE Office 2003, REBOOT, and the Install Office 2003 (SUCCESS). I can go and retrieve my e-mail. :-

TODAY, Tuesday (1/13/2004) It shows me back the notorious ERROR window, and refuse to open my outlook

Can anybody help (or if there is MICROSOFT people outthere) how to fix the problem? I can not afford to REMOVE and REINSTALL OFFICE 2003 every other day
If there is NO FIX, is there a utility out there to convert the OUTLOOK 2003 pst file to OUTLOOK XP file

Thank you in advanc
Larr
