Problem is on users where they have Office XP Pro and i have installed
Outlook 2003 upgrade from the ClientApps folder on my Small Business Server.
The cursor stops flashing and Outlook crashes when
a. the user hits the New Email button then clicks on the TO button.
b. double click on an email, hit the reply button.
c. right click on an email and choose reply.
Error signature contains
AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 11.0.6353.0 AppStamp:408f2937
ModName: mshtml.dll ModVer: 7.0.6000.16525 ModStamp:469f0bee
fDebug: 0 Offset: 000c629d
Different systems may give differerent numbers but they all have outlook.exe
and mshtml.dll in the error message.
The only way i can get anything to work is to either change the mail format
to Plain Text. OR. Remove Outlook 2003 and reinstall Outlook 2002.
I've scoured the Internet for hours and found nothing.
Loads of people are asking the same question but i cannot find an answer.
Does anyone know what's going on ?
Thanks.
