Outlook 2003 Crashes on exit

Outlook 2003 crashes on exit and hang's on startup, Bluetooth is installed
and working, sync works XP sp2 is installed also.

Try the following.

When Starting:
Make sure your PocketPC, Palm etc device is turned OFF.
Open up Task Manager (CTRL-ALT-DEL) and make sure that Outlook.exe does not
show up under processes.
Now start Outlook.

When Quitting:
Make sure your PocketPC, Palm etc device is turned OFF.
Now close Outlook.

If this works ... the solution is to start Outlook before connecting your
handheld device and quit Outlook after disconnecting your handheld device.

I have done all of the above still crashes,, then I reloaded outlook 2003 set
it back up it still hangs and restarts in safemode but now I get a event
(this first)
Hanging application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 11.0.8010.0, hang module hungapp,
version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
(then this)
Fault bucket 262152128.
