Hi
I have the administrator account on this machine (not networked, 5 users, XP
Pro and Office Pro). I have accepted all required Office updates. The other
users have no problem opening and using Outlook.
When I attempt to open Outlook it crashes with the "has encountered a
problem" message. I have tried accepting the "open in safe mode" option -
crashes again. Have also accepted the "repair" option - nothing happens.
I have tried all of the above with no Anti-Virus running, but the same
happens. My .pst file is around 500mb.
I'd be very grateful for any help/suggestions...
