Outlook 2003 crashes when I attempt to change signatures.

Outlook 2003 crashes when I attempt to change signatures under the options
menu. This also occurs when I attempt to change some of the other settings
under options. Has anyone else experienced this problem. Otherwise, Outlook
seems to work fine. I just can't modify or add signatures.
