Outlook 2003 Crashes

One of our Developers is trying to use the "Insert File Option" in Outlook
2003. When the "Insert File Window" pops up it locks up and causes Outlook
to crash. Anyone have any suggestions? I've never seen this issue before.

I am having the exact same problem. Cannot attach file this way -
crashes every time. Suggestions welcomed!!

Matt S

A client of mine reported this same issue after installing the latest batch
of Windows Updates. He reported that the issue went away when he uninstalled
the updates. I'm still looking to see if this is a known issue to
Microsoft...
