Outlook 2003 CSV import issue

I have imported a CSV file to outlook 2003 I can see all the contact
details when viewing in outlook but when I select the address book it
will not display any fax numbers or names in the address list.Has
anybody got any ideas !!!
I have checked the Outlook Address Book Tab Show this folder as an
e-mail Address book. In the properties.
