Hi,
Our company has developed an com add-in to Outlook 2003 that makes use of a
custom form. The form is working correctly, Outlook is working correctly
(message class is unique and is set to default to it), and Exhange is
working fine with the custom form. The problem is when the use goes to sync
Outlook with a PDA (Palm, Treo, or Blackberry). The sync process leaves the
user with two contact records on the PDA (only one on Outlook and Exchange).
How can we keep duplicate records from being created on the PDA? It doesn't
make sense to me that 2 contact records would be present. The contact
records are not new, they had the message class converted.
Thanks!
