Outlook 2003 Customize shows red x

I installed MS Office Pro 2003. When I go into Customize
Outlook Today, I get a red X in the upper left corner as
well as in the Style preview. Why and how can I fix?

Try a repair of Office by using File-> Detect and Repair.
