Outlook 2003 Customized Go menu with News item, now disappeared

I customized the Go menu, adding the News item for the newsreader (Outlook
Express) and after shutting down and restarting Outlook, the News item has
disappeared from the Go menu and is also no longer available from the list
of options when I go into Customize.

How do I get the News item to reappear?
